1 herbal tea bag (or black tea if caffeine doesn't affect your sleep)

½ tsp sea salt

1 cup of clean water

½ tsp honey

1 tbsp of gelatin

3 tsp of heavy cream and milk

Once you have all the ingredients, start heating the water. While the water is being heated, add all the ingredients except the cream and tea bag in a cup. Pour hot water into the cup and mix it thoroughly. Then add cream and and put the tea bag in there and leave it. Remove the tea bag after 5 minutes giving it a few dips. Your delicious tea is ready to drink.

Refresher Shake

This drink will make you feel refreshed and ready for a good night’s sleep. Ingredients:

2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice

3 tbsp of gelatin

1 banana

½ cup yoghurt

Pour all the ingredients in a blender and give it a blend until smooth.
