Beef Marrow Capsules - Consume 2 capsules whole, 1-2 times per day. They may also be opened and sprinkled onto food or into a drink.

Beef Heart Capsules - Consume 2 capsules whole, 1-2 times per day. They may also be opened and sprinkled onto food or into a drink.
