Selenium contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails whilst copper is necessary for healthy skin and hair colour. Both of them protect cells from free radical damage. Vitamin B5 is necessary for normal fat metabolism and energy production and vitamin B2 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
