I’m really happy with the marine collagen powder. My hair and nails are stronger, joints are eased, and it’s an easy product to use.
I have been using this for a few years and it’s great for bones and skin health. I dilute it with hot water and mix with soy milk which takes away the slight taste.
I've bought the Hydrolysed Collagen powder several times now. I feel like it's helped with my joint pain and overall wellbeing. I really appreciate that it comes from Australian beef and has no unnecessary additives. I've bought some for family members too. Definitely recommend it!!

Beef liver capsules are supporting my iron stores. The capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste. The only alternative to real liver which I dont like.

Without fail this is in my morning coffee and my dogs breakfast it has so many benefits and best of all no flavour so it’s great to have with hot or cold drinks. Either way you get your daily dose.
Very easy to take (no having to remember to avoid vitamin C, dairy and caffeine as with non-liver iron supplements) and gentle on the stomach too
