I love the beef liver. It tastes fresh and it's loaded with tons of nutrients. It's excellent for overall health.

Feeling amazing

Ok, so I haven’t eaten any type of meat for thirty years and every time I had my iron checked it was low. This surprised me because I thought I felt great for someone with low iron. What motivated me was I also suffer from depression and when I searched for the link between low iron and depression the link between them came up. Now my mood is better and the energy I have has made me realise I wasn’t so great before. It was a hard decision for me to take these capsules because of the animal content but I’m

Collagen, beef liver capsules

My hair & nails have improved dramatically since using the hydrolysed collagen powder, even though I was already using a basic collagen. I am not sure if using the beef liver capsules has assisted in this but will continue to use them both
