The liver is not defatted as we do not want to remove any of the nutrient value from the liver.

When should I take Beef Liver tablets?

There is no set time. As it is a food, you can consume it as you would any other food. We usually have ours with lunch and again with dinner.

How many capsules of Beef Liver should I take?

You can take between 2-4 capsules per day however as this is a natural food, there is no set limit really. It is up to you.
