Pour hot water into the cup and mix it thoroughly. Then add cream and and put the tea bag in there and leave it. Remove the tea bag after 5 minutes giving it a few dips. Your delicious tea is ready to drink.

2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
3 tbsp of gelatin
½ cup yoghurt
Pour all the ingredients in a blender and give it a blend until smooth.
