The liver is not defatted as we do not want to remove any of the nutrient value from the liver.

When should I take Beef Liver?

There is no set time. As it is a natural food, you can consume it as you would any other food. We usually have ours with lunch and again with dinner.

You can take between 1-2 servings per day. However as this is a natural food, there is no set limit really - it is up to you.

Have been using Gelpro Beef Liver capsules for more than 12 months and find they work really well, so much better than other tablets I tried.
