Feeling amazing

Ok, so I haven’t eaten any type of meat for thirty years and every time I had my iron checked it was low. This surprised me because I thought I felt great for someone with low iron. What motivated me was I also suffer from depression and when I searched for the link between low iron and depression the link between them came up. My hair & nails have improved dramatically since using the hydrolysed collagen powder, even though I was already using a basic collagen. I am not sure if using the beef liver capsules has assisted in this but will continue to use them both
